Helicopter takes off from the beach then encounters some sort of mechanical malfunction.
The helicopter cuts hard left with dramatic and intense lift, goes full circle and crashes into the water.
Sadly, only 1 out of the 5 people on board made it out of the craft.

Crazy Helicopter Collision somewhere in Kuwait in the early 90′s. Two helicopters flying in tight formation get a little “too close” and both come apart.
